KME B

The KME B Series, which uses Poly V belts and conical hub cast iron pulleys, ensures maximum reliability at all times and in all working conditions by limiting power losses, ensuring a low sound level of rotation and perfect alignment of the rotating elements. .
Thanks to the plate system with sliding of the electric motor, it facilitates the belt tensioning system, allowing a precise adjustment of the same.


The KME B series combines the advantages of a compact screw compressor, with reduced installation and management costs with excellent efficiency, especially in applications that require continuous service.

COMPACT SCREW UNITS IN A SINGLE SYSTEM

The high efficiency pumping unit, with integrated unit, which allows extremely reduced dimensions, groups the following components in its own casting:

TRANSMISSION SYSTEM

The coupling between the electric motor and the compressor unit must ensure stability in the transmission during operation. The plate system with sliding of the electric motor is designed to give low stresses to the rotating parts. Our system, which uses Poly V belts and conical hub cast iron pulleys, always ensures, in all working conditions, maximum reliability by limiting power losses, guaranteeing a low sound level of rotation and perfect alignment of the rotating elements. . Easy belt tensioning system, allows a precise adjustment of the same.

 

ELECTRONIC CONTROL

Direct reading, easy to manage with a microprocessor that safely governs all machine functions, from the control of safety alarms (oil temperature, electric motor thermal, control of the electric cooling fan,
maintenance time ) to the control systems (start-stop, reset alarms).
Access to all microprocessor functions is protected by a password (provided only to authorized personnel).

 

AIR OIL RADIATORS

Pack model, with large exchange surface designed to maintain a low value of fluids and air even in environmental conditions with high temperatures. Vacuum brazed aluminum alloy radiators with high efficiency tubulars.

 

AIR AND VENTILATION PRE-FILTER SYSTEM

The KME B series is equipped with a pre-filter that guarantees maximum protection of the internal components, filtering all the air entering the machine. The high-flow electric fan with low noise level conveys all the air flow to a single point, maintaining a correct thermal balance for all internal components.

 

SOUNDPROOFING

The use of closed cell soundproofing panels, the care in assembling the components and the absence of transmitted vibrations have allowed us to obtain a noise level so low that we can install our machine in any work environment.

 

MAINTENANCE

All internal parts are easily accessible without operational difficulties.  The replacement of the oil filter, air filter and separator filter is done by simply removing a panel, with a considerable saving of time and costs
