Authorized Airworks service centre · Edmonton
Service for the machine you actually own, not a generic compressor category. Airtek diagnoses, maintains and repairs Airworks Twister systems from compact service-truck units to high-output EVO packages.
Airtek is an authorized Airworks service centre and Edmonton dealer for service, parts and product support.
We begin with the model, serial number, generation, power source and installed options on your exact unit.
Bring the unit to our Edmonton shop, or ask about on-site service when the equipment is impractical to move.
Airworks-specific service
Airworks Twister compressors span diesel, gasoline, gaseous-fuel and electric drive systems. They can also carry autostart, high-pressure, generator, welder, booster, hydraulic and cold-weather options. Good repair work starts by identifying the complete package before diagnosing the symptom or ordering a part.
The Airtek advantage
Built around the unit.Airtek supports Airworks equipment as an authorized service centre and local dealer. Our intake connects the reported problem to the specific compressor, engine or motor, control system and options installed on the unit.
Equipment we service
The public Airworks lineup changes as new configurations are released. These families reflect current and established industrial Twister platforms. For an older or custom unit, send the data plate and serial number so support can be confirmed against the actual build.
Compact diesel rotary screw
T35 · T40 · T60
Compact engine-driven systems used on service trucks and mobile work vehicles. Service can involve the diesel engine, rotary-screw circuit, cooling, controls, remote wiring and vehicle integration.
High-output diesel rotary screw
T80 · T100 · T150 · T185 · T235 EVO
Tier 4 Final diesel packages with Airworks control, protection and autostart architecture. Intake should include any high-pressure package, remote cooling or multifunction equipment fitted to the compressor.
Gasoline rotary screw
G40 · G60
Belt-driven gasoline units suited to compact mobile installations. Common service areas include engine operation, belt drive, loading controls, filtration, cooling and the separator circuit.
Propane and natural gas
G60 · G100 configurations
Purpose-built propane and natural-gas configurations require fuel-specific intake as well as compressor diagnosis. Confirm the exact fuel, model and control package before the service visit.
Battery-powered rotary screw
E60 and related configurations
Electric drive changes the diagnostic path. Battery state, charging source, motor controls, variable-speed functions and the compressed-air system all need to be considered together.
Earlier and optioned equipment
Earlier T-Series · custom builds · integrated options
Airtek can assess earlier Classic-generation Twisters and optioned Airworks packages. Parts availability and repair scope are verified from the model, serial number and installed components.
Start with the right information
Two Airworks compressors with the same output may use different engines, controls or options. A clear intake helps the service team prepare for the right machine before it arrives.
Common service triggers
Describe the behaviour rather than guessing at the failed component. The same symptom can originate in the prime mover, controls, cooling system or compressed-air circuit, especially on an integrated mobile package.
Starting, fuel, interlock and control conditions need to be checked in the correct sequence.
The engine or motor and the compressor loading system must be assessed together.
The unit runs but cannot reach or hold the pressure expected for the application.
The compressor does not start, stop, load or idle correctly from its installed control system.
Cooling airflow, fluid condition, operating load and shutdown inputs may all require inspection.
Unexpected oil downstream or declining fluid level warrants prompt assessment before continued use.
Leaks, pressure-control behaviour and receiver or installation conditions can change how the unit cycles.
A new mechanical sound, vibration or drive issue should be inspected before it becomes a larger repair.
Charging, battery, motor-controller and compressor-side information helps isolate the correct system.
These symptoms are service-intake categories, not remote diagnoses. Stop the unit safely and consult its manual if a warning, shutdown, fluid leak, smoke or other unsafe condition occurs.
A practical repair process
Every job is scoped around the equipment and the evidence. The process stays clear from first contact through diagnosis, authorization and return to service.
We record the model, serial number, hours, power source, installed options and operating context.
The reported symptom is inspected across the prime mover, controls, cooling and compressed-air circuit.
We explain the work recommended, identify relevant parts or maintenance items and obtain authorization.
Approved work is completed, appropriate operational checks are performed and the completed work is documented.
Service questions
Still not sure what to send? Start with a photo of the data plate and a plain-language description of the problem.
Ask the service teamAirtek services current and earlier Airworks industrial compressor systems, including compact Twister T-Series, EVO diesel units, gasoline G-Series, propane and natural-gas configurations, battery-powered E-Series equipment and many custom or optioned builds. Exact support for an older unit is confirmed from its model, serial number and installed components.
Often, yes. Whether shop or field service is the better fit depends on the symptom, the access available around the installation and the work required. Send photos of the installed unit when booking so the team can assess the practical service approach.
Send the model, serial number, hour-meter reading, fault or symptom, when it began, recent service history and clear photos of the unit and data plate. Also list installed options such as autostart, generator, welder, booster, high pressure, hydraulic output or a remote-mounted cooler.
Yes. Airtek supplies Airworks parts and service kits and can perform scheduled maintenance. Because kit contents and intervals vary by model and generation, the unit information and current hour reading should be confirmed before parts are selected.
Yes. Poor pressure or airflow can have several causes, including installation leaks, service-condition issues, control behaviour or an internal compressor fault. Report the pressure observed, the tool or load being used and whether the behaviour changes as the unit warms up.
Include every installed option in the service request. The team will confirm whether the concern is within the compressor package, the option itself or the way the systems interact, then define the appropriate repair scope for that build.
Send the serial number and photos. Airtek can assess earlier Classic-generation Twisters and custom Airworks configurations, but parts availability and repair scope need to be verified against the specific unit.
Do not repeatedly restart a unit with an unresolved shutdown, active leak, smoke or other unsafe condition. Stop it safely, follow the operator manual and contact the service team with the model, serial number and a description of what occurred.
